Our Saturday morning ‘Extra Time on a Saturday’ course started running again following its winter break.
Twenty-four pupils from three local secondary schools have been participating in the 6 week course designed to improve their football and ICT skills. The pupils range in age from Year 7 to 10 and spend three hours each Saturday both in the classroom and on the football pitch. In the classroom they complete a number of football themed ICT activities and on the pitch they receive high quality coaching from a member of the Southend United Community and Educational Trust coaching team.
